Hmmm... It does show some balance issues, though, despite the fact that it's converging to ~50%... T is above Z in all graphs everywhere, especially in TvZ there is no point where the lines cross, Z is steadily below T.
I really like the main graph, it shows how steadily balance is being achieved. The only huge problem looked to be in Jan, but that's been fixed pretty nicely it looks like.
I'm pretty surprised at Z vs T. But with the changes made to the map pools on ladder and in the GSL where the maps have long rush distances and thus, encouraging macro games, Zerg should be fine against Terran.

This is pretty far off from the numbers Blizz has shown... Their numbers statistically showing PvZ being much more imbalanced than TvZ. But I would agree that TvZ has become much more closely contested in the last month or so than ever before.
Like it says on the graph, all the info was culled from those SC2Statistics guys, I can't vouch for the accuracy, not sure if the maker can either. As you said the other night, pretty sure this takes into account ALL levels of play, balance really isn't a big deal for Bronze players.
