I've heared about their ages but there's some contradicting stuff regarding them in-game... Just a few quotes that suggest zeratul is a tad bit older than 10 times the average human's lifespan: "I have journeyed through the darkness between the most distant stars. I have beheld the births of negative-suns and borne witness to the entropy of entire realities..." "Matriarch, I have served you for many millennia. I have always valued your wisdom and strength. Yet lately, in your mind, I have sensed something that clouds your true spirit. Though Kerrigan has gone, I wonder if her treachery still remains?" And some other stuff like that... I think that there's a little mess with protoss ages in the starcraft lore, though tbh, I haven't bothered studying it in-depth(I know most of the history since I'm generally a lore-geek in many settings but I didn't bother get in-depth with the starcraft universe...)
