[Dustin Browder] The Sensor Tower is no longer a detector since the Missile Turret already serves that purpose.

that mean is Sensor Tower can't detect invisible unit now? so it's can't detect Dark Templar?

No, but you still see a slight 'shine' around the Dark Templar as the Terran player. It is never really invisible, you are just unable to attack it. Still, that shine thingy is always there, not only when near a Sensor unit or building. You can still force-fire siege tanks to hit it with splash damage, as far as I know.

thesensor tower just tells of units further out side of your Fog of war range now. If the unit is cloacked it wont be detected by a sensor tower period.

atleast that what it sounds like. Idk if you still see it coming outside of the sensor tower range but will still need a detector to see the unit. That would be highly silly if you know its there but cant attack it...

Are you talking about the blue glow thats around an invisable unit when you control it? or are you refuring to its highly light outlines that are still kinda visable?

so P v T, Terran only have 1 Sensor Tower and 10 Reapers on the area, a dark templar through this area stealthily without attack, it's safety.

    it's possibility!

    : D

    thanks a lot!

.. but that can change. Maybe they will remove the sensor tower = it has no real meaning.

  9. No. I'm sure you'll find the sensor tower quite useful once you actually play the game. I've already thought of many ways that they can be useful.

nope sorry, The Lurker would automatically attack the Zealot, because for right now Blizzard took out the Lurkers hold fire ability.

^ I'm a noob that doesn't even pull stuff like that off, but why would Blizzard NOT want that in the game?
