Does anyone know who asks the questions for these? Can us fans ask questions for the Q&A? If so, how do we submit questions? Thanks!
Usually community leaders, admins etc. are contacting Karune with most common question, or you just have to post in battle.net forums to be seen, I'm not really sure about this.
Blizzard has people who look on the forums for community support. So just make a topic about the question you have and if it's a good one, Blizzard will surely answer it. :good:
The best way to submit questions is to make a thread about them and generate significant discussion. Then it would warrant placement in the monthly report from each discussion site. Blizzard reads these.
Questions are submitted by each fansite in the monthly report and there is also a thread on battle.net that you can go to to ask questions. Speaking of the monthlly submission do you want my shield discussion compilation now or should I let it sit a while?

What doees that terran Squares footprint changeable mean in map making? does that mean in UMS you will be able to change the size and shape of any building in sc2? for UMS?
The squares refer to grid units and this means you can change the number of grid units each building takes up so you can resize buildings like you could in WC3
