Possible hybrid?

Around 1:45 into this movie a piece of artwork can be seen which seems to resemble a large tank with what look like eggs surronding it. The whole piece seems to take concepts from both races such as the almost purple floor (zerg) and the gold/blue motif which belongs to the protoss.

Possible hybrid? or am i just getting too desperate for more info on sc2?

Could be. Duran said there were many locations where he swas growing them. My guess is that cave has something to do with Zeratul's injuries in the Teran campaign demo.

i just saw something in the clip, the phase cannons didn't see the burrowed zerglings, so maybe they lost their detector

 

or they just did it for dramatic effect

 

After downloading the higher res version of the art trailer the figure in the tank looks strangely like a wc3 nerubian spider . and a protoss can be seen in the background .

 

majority of starcraft fanatics, even those casual players, agree that the thing on the tank is a hybrid. some say that it's just a stasis cell imprisoning a protoss. well it's still a bit too early what could that thing be. maybe we'll know after a few months. ;D
