Tink, your post is extremely good, I agree with everything you said. Lets see what they have to say next. Either way, E > Them, no matter what.

 

You realize that part of this silly feud exists because of that mentality, namely the "E > Them." Not only do you view yourself completely separate, but your view of superiority makes matters even more touchy.

 

Fenix, Of course i view this forum as seperate, this isnt a starcraf2forum related. This is a clan empire forum thread am i right or wrong? And we have been pushed to the limit by everyone talking about us. We dont get post count, we dont get minerals, we are considered a spam forum. What the hell? We have done nothing wrong to deserve this, but i worked with the mods to fix most of it, even in the best interest of SC2 Forums. And after getting bashed on, and now they continue bashing on us, is a complete insult. If you do not see it that way, then I dont know what to do. But i view it as insulting us when I and the clan are working side by side with mods to fix most of these issues, and get nothing in return.Please look at this issue a little more carefully fenix, and you will see it the same way i do, I tried to be nice, and cool, but others just like to cuase trouble, cry to the mods, and get me and my clan in more crap.

 

I am looking at the issue from both side, I don't mean to imply by ANY means whatsoever that it's just Clan E. I have sent out quite a few PMs containing warnings to regular SC2forum members.

And yes, it is separate, but not completely. I view it is two social groups sharing the same convention room. Separate, yeah, but you can overhear both sides. Inflammatory things are bound to be said on both side.

Also, you mention minerals, post count in near the same sentence as being a separate forum. The mineral system is a SC2forum thing. You can't be cut off from it and still reap the benefits. And the only reason we killed the post count here was because there was rampant spamming, and taking advantage of the systems we had set up, systems that, by your own words, you wished to be separate from.

There's a lot of bad blood where there doesn't have to be, and that attitude of superiority does not help ease the tensions.

Fenix dont get shadow wrong. We take pride in our clan and it isnt a superiority issue. When shadow says "E > all" that is a simple way to respond to how shadow feels E is being targeted and hated on. In a way they dont recognize any good.
Also, our minerals were removed if im not mistaken. Sorry not removed.. they just dont accumulate anymore for posts on Clan Empire Forum.. as well as post count. Ive had 112 posts for 2 months now Rofl.
Its all good.. its a simple fact that we are labeled spam because they cant relate to our topics. And if you look at my post "Spam City" in Clan Empire forums.. you can actually see responses of them giving better spam credit to outside posters. Does this make sense?

Ah, pride, gotcha. I've just recieved....Idk, concerns I guess you'd call it talking about the "E>all" stuff.

And TiNK, that's simply for the reason stated above. At very first when you were given your forum, you did spam. We consider posts that say one word as spam. It had little to do with relating to the rest of the forum, we understand that. It's simply that many of your member's input consists of posts simply containing 'rofl.' That is what we consider to be spam.

As for the Spam City....The regular forum members mentioning ijffdrie...I'm not entirely sure how you can be a better spammer that another one really. I personally prefer the Spam City thread to Spam Land.

Afaik, you, as the board mod, can erase posts yourself. And you can post....Does post count matter that much to you? I realize there's issues with non-E members, but the easiest way to stop fights is to not start them. As they say, it take two to tango. Don't respond to post designed to piss you off, calmly ignore them, and there you go.

 

I agree about the spamming part. I wont disagree.

I dont care about posts, but its what they are asking for even after all the stuff we got taken away. As tink said, its Pride, we have strong Pride in our clan. I strongly believe, if someone makes a pass at you, you should pass back at them. Its the way i was 'raised' on b.net, If you are a clan leader, and you back down and take threats and passes from randoms, your clan will be viewed as weak. Thats why i dont erase posts, i take them and throw it in there face.

 

Lol. Yea i guess we did 1 answer LOL and stuff. But you understand my point behind ijffdrie. These kids flame us for spam yet this kid is idolized for spamming. I have even been targeted as bad mannered.. which i wont deny.. yes i can be blunt. But it is within reason.. i dont flame without purpose.

It is out of hand, and I have warned a few forum members specifically about flaming certain members of E (Yourself included). I agree, it's a double standard, and is wrong. However, stuff like that, I have no control over sadly. I think one of the things is simply many of the non-E member cannot understand much of your slang. Generally, what one cannot understand is widely ignored and is considered useless. You're most certainly entitled to speaking however you wish (Within the forum rules, naturally), I'm just voicing one possible reason.

Also, you want me to remove Light's post? I think posts like that are simply stupid, and do not help the matter in the least. Rest assured, I have warned him about this, and something like that happens again, it's a temporary ban.


Also, a note. Stuff like that happens, you can PM or even IM me about it, and I'll remove post and warn the offender at the earliest opportunity (Work and all, can't get too it right away always)

6pm Today Eastern time in Clan Emp@USeast.. Free Grilled chicken and cool-aid for everyone.. and afterwords we can all sitt around as we take turns playing Wii Sports while listening to Mix tapes as we talk about sc2forums.
