I've just spent an hour checking out the non-WoW mmo scene. I've received a divine message. Step 1 Take this: Darkfall Online http://www.gamereactor.eu/reviews/1259/Darkfall+Online/ Hardcore, Open ended skill system instead of levels. Full looting on dead players. No holds-barred open PvP, with clans and political asociations optional. Single continous World. PvE is actually dangerous. Add: Champion's Online Insane character editing options. Add: Aion Online's graphical sexyness, without the manga elements. Have Blizzard design it, balance it and polish it to perfection. Step 2 Launch. Step 3 Rule the world. (If this isn't their next-gen MMO, I'm SO starting my own game company.)
Until they butcher it into a casual pile of dogsh*t. Casual players make me sick, if you don't want to play as much as the rest of us lifeless f*cks, don't b*tch if we're better than you.
STFU Redlazer. What happens if I decide to get the game, say, six months after launch? Three months after launch? Way to cater to multiple target groups.
