players that join become watchers...??

I have a problem with my first map. it's all complete, it's a 1v1 Default map, but you can play it with 4 players so 2v2 is available. 1v1 works fine - also 2v2 computers, but when I try to play 2v2 human players the third and forth player are put into the watchers instead of team2. I have no idea why this happens. Ive looked into the game variants and I dont see a mistake. What could it be? Where must I look?

OMG SORRY! I forgot to come back and have a look at your problem. I didn't have time the first time I read it. Have you checked the player settings again? And again? And again? And the team setup? Both basic and advanced?

 

Yeah I did that. I became desperate and deleted all the game variants then added them again. Maybe this solved the problem. I dont know yet because I need at least two people online at the same time to test it, because SC2 doesnt support custom map play with strangers ;-)
