Forget about Crayon Physics. This is the physics sandbox. Don't believe me? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0H5g9VS0ENM&eurl=http://kotaku.com/
Material density, friction, mechanic motors, springs, and even liquids are at your disposal among other things to create a thrilling scene in this simple yet very effective graphic environment.
Disclaimer: highly addictive. Several times I was on the verge of parting with it only to have another idea strike me to try out in it.

    Download page

I already know that I'll be spending a lot of time with this so I created this thread to share thoughts and home made scenes.

Is there a reason that everytime i add water, my simulation slows down dramatiocally?

You are either zoomed really out and you're trying to add a LOT of water or you're zoomed in and your PC is really old. I think it's the first one, I tend to do that myself sometimes :D If you see dots evenly apart for water that means you are zoomed out too far. If you have the solid blue colour then you are near optimal zoom.

Yeah, I was zoomed out pretty far.

I cant figure out how he made a catupult. The program is fun, but there is a lot of trial and error to figure out how to get things to work right.

i dloaded this a month ago but was too lazy share it
    heres for the catapult

tip: to enlarge hinges, chains and fixations, zoom in and out
when fixating (gluing) two stuffs together, make sure the X doesn't stick to the background

    thx ursa

I just finished my best one yet. 1 castle with 2 towers, 5 regular catapults, and 1 super catapult.

In slow motion its awesome to watch the castle get owned

My scene is even better now that the catapult ammo has a density of 100, instand annihilation.

Even though I'm at college, I still have plenty of time between classes to mess with stuff like this.

Let's try to destroy the towers on tower or stacking map as coolest as we can. In stacking first delete that thing on the left. Look at mine.

it is i like making a valleyish thing and putting a "city" in it
then i cut the density on the buildings
and i liquefy on each side

or i drop a small ball on one side of the "valley" and roll it into the city
