I've been working for a while on a php replay parser and its functionality is mostly working now. I've created a project for it at https://code.google.com/p/phpsc2replay/. It should work for all replays from patch 9 onwards, and I intend to continue keeping it functional at least until the full game is released. Documentation is still lacking but I will try to document everything within the wiki pages in case someone else wants to code their own implementation. Hopefully someone finds a use for it.
Thanks for putting in so much hard work to make this, I was kind of at an impass with my site and this really helped me out.
