only 1 reputation change every 24 hours?

    Isn't it a bit limiting that i can only give or take a single rep from a single person every 24 hours? I can see only repping a single person once every 24 hours, but just repping once an hour?

    People don't even rep every 24 hours...
    More like once a week.

    There have been a few occasions where i wanted to rep twice a day though. It's kind of annoying that i can't.
