I LOVE the new bunker. wow! new! and the emblem in the center is just awesome. now thats what im talking about. it looks way tougher than the old bunker. i didn't expect the bunker could still look better.

also notice the lighter grayish color on the buildings . its that the new marauder model? a new unit? wow.

 

Wow, those look sweet, as do the marauders, and is that a Ghost behind the top bunker? because it kinda looks like he has a flamethrower. =P

 

I like the concept of the marauders, but the looks chucky to be an infantrymen

maraudy looking chunky or bulky is a good thing making them really look different from the marine. also imo the marauder have a cockpit and is not like a normal power suit.

the new bunker is awesome. changing stuffs to look new for sc2 is always good like i always see it. next building i want to see get remodeled is the factory. others would be the refinery, phase canon, queens nest, etc

 

^ I agree the marauder does look huge next to the rine. he reminds me of the bat when they bought him back, huge and a little clunky.

 

the bunker is awesome, also i like the contrast between the maruader and rine, it relly gives the impression that they're bigger, tougher, and better.

All that I find interesting about the marauder is that he is the spitting image of those suits from the Animatrix. Tell me i'm wrong lol.

is it just me or do the new terran buildings look cartoony?

i think the bunker should look more sunken rather than raised.

 

The new buildings and unit edits look far more gritty than their original counter parts. The original units and buildings felt like they belonged in wc3.

*Edit* As well, the buildings themselves just didn't look proper. I mean, the old bunker had like 18 windows, as opposed to 4 long openings allowing for more riflemen and a better FOV, like real bunkers, that the new one has.

It also seems flatter to the ground than the older counter part and the colour scheme makes more sense. It lets you see who is playing them without taking away from the unit's appearance.

 

I checked out GMG's link and personally I don't see that much difference. The main thing I saw was that the new bunker has a ramp. However I don't mind as long as resembles the SC1 bunker, which both versions do.

 

thats because screenshots does not justify the actual visual when playing it live.

i guess i'll have to wait untill i get the game comes out...

i still think it looks too high tho, making it a bigger target and nullifying the term 'bunker'.

 

the old bunker overall look especially the metal looks like its made out of a thin can.

the new bunker look more futuristic durable and solid.

 

what I like too in the pic is the fact the SCVs have orange fire and no more blue one. And the marines have no more their bayonnet, but still their shield. I think those will be cut soon.


Anyway I noticed the Crucio Tank has the same size than the bunker. Or I would say the bunker has the same size than the Crucio. By the way the size of the bunker is OK, it does not take too many place in the area.


I think the Crucio should get a more little size
