It would be better if the eye was closer, so you could get a detailed view of the individual muscles that make up the iris, and, if it was looking at you.

    And use a green eye.

now if the eye was shedding tears of blood, then that would be cool

Doesn't look as though it's intended to be a detailed view of the composition, nor that it should be looking at the viewer. When combined with the quote, it's the perfect shot of the eye in my opinion. If it were closer, it would feel that as though it's trying to represent the function of the eye as opposed to the eye as a whole. The angle and 'expression' of the eye suits the question about the blind a heck of a lot more. It looks like it's just... Just there, half staring into the distance, not focusing on anything in particular. Having it looking at the viewer gives it intent and a defined focus point, which wouldn't suit the quote at all. I don't know if this was all intended, but conceptually, it's great, and so is the composition.

Can't really give an accurate rating, as I'm not awfully familiar with the actual art making, etc, but it's compositionally and conceptually very strong.

Also, having it shedding a tear of blood is just stupid.

Forgot to mention that I'm not to fond of the bright red 'Eat Me Returns' strewn under the eye. Just seems very out of place and doesn't seem to fit colour-wise, either.

    ItzaHexGor's got it right.

As for the EatMeReturns, I was originally going to try to make it seem as if it was a shallow cut in to the skin, but I couldn't figure it out.

That could've worked, but I still think the striking red is a bit off. All the others are more... Opaque, I guess. The bright red just doesn't contrast well, is all.

Yeah I know, I just went with "Red" while I was trying to figure out how to make it look like it is cut in, then I could fix the color from there.
