Wow, they're twice the size of an Overlord! They're beasts! Great pics.

Haha, that's shallow water Shdwy. That existed in WC3. It won't come as a surprize unless you're a noob. :)

    The guardians got overhauled!
The lurker... did not get change that much.
And strangely the Infestor is trying to infest Zerg buildings, (bottom right a spore colony) maybe they can use Infest to disable the building... dunno. Still strange since today at WWI on the SC2 panel he said that Zerg infest ability did not work against Zerg (either the protoss at this stage) intriguing answers indeed.

Maybe it just deals damage when used vs Zerg?

That would be awesome if you could damage the environment like that... But it's totally insignificant when you consider how awesome the game already is! At the most it'd be a visual change they decide to add in once they got everything else down.

Swarm Guardians are indeed massive. I wonder how they fit into SC lore. Must have been a giant space worm or something. It looks like it could wrap around a Carrier easily.

Wait a second, when did it become the norm to assume a metamorphosis or growth otherwise meant staying the same size or even becoming smaller?

Since SC a larva could still become an overlord, then their biggest unit. Hell, larvae became Hatchery's!

Perhaps the garudians are so larg to make them easier to target.

It does seem rather large, but lore would say it has to be large to hold those chambers to spawn the Broodlings.

The Guardian's model oozes its lore. I love how they had the sacs put in under them. I really can't wait to see these in motion.
