New Idea For Starcraft II Animation

    I think Starcraft II should have guys running around the structure, like for Zerg You would see Baby Zerglings around the Spawning Pool or Little Hydras around the Hydra Den Crawling in and out of the Den and stuff, For Terran you would See these Little Civilians Running in and out to other Structures and stuff (Buildings with openings like Command Center) and they can Die but its Doesn't do anything If they do.Same thing with repair it should have some Vechical or ships coming out of supply depots or the Command Center to help Repair (Like help lifting up stuff or carrying supplies to repiar a structure from a Command Center). The Protoss Already have one example The gas Floating in the Assimilator, but another cool thing I'd like to add is probes drop off the Square container at the Nexus then you can see those cubes being carried back by other mechanical robot, that can be destroyed by the enemy but that doesn't do anything since its just an animation to make it look better. You also see the Gas cubes drop inside the Assmilator and the Probes grab it again (So the cubes drop from the top from inside the Assmilator so its not just a cube floating while you can't see probes going in or out of the Assimilator)

    Tell me if you have anymore suggestions or Ideas to Share, Also Tell me what you think about this.

    Oh yea I forgot to say when a building is about to Explode or die for Terran You see all these people running from the building but if the structure blows up they will run into another structure and if your whole base is dead, the enemy will attack them after the threat is gone (One Hit One Kill, splash also counts) or they can wounder around and Critters on the Terrain will attack/eat them.

    I like it but the things in the buildings shouldn't be able to interact with the enemies. They should just be a part of the building animation. But I'd love to see little hydras (hydralings?) playing around a hydralisk den.

    Yea That'd so cool consider them your pets :D Aw but could they just die from the enemy shooting them after all the main threat is gone like Buildings, Units, but it would only take like less then one second to attack those mini guys and its only for Terran (I'd laugh if they can go in terrain abandoned structures and just disappear.).

    Nah I'd prefer if they just disappeared altogether when the building was destroyed and had no effect on the actual gameplay.

    How about they Walk around and Critters attack them or they just go in Terrain Buildings or Forests or Tents and Disappear (But when they go in Tents maybe fire can turn on at night? Or maybe you can see them go in and out and after like what one day or two they get attacked by critters?) That gives me another Idea Day time noon and Night Time (I'd laugh if i saw one die from being crushed by a tank or something or maybe even being attacked by little Zerg in the base when they enter a base, ORRRR They die from a Vespene Geyser from looking in or falling in)

    I'm all for lots of building animations, but I don't think they should include things that might be associated with units. It would create a kind of discontinuity, causing players to ask, "if they're there, why can't I use them?" This is the kind of thing that is done in simulation games, and it works well to convey information, but in a strategy game, even if units aren't interacting, they would become an unnecessary distraction.

    I'd like structure animations to work more along the lines of the Stargate: intricate and interesting, but not potentially tactically relevant. If you want to include "little things," silhouettes in windows of Terran buildings, or shadows of Zerg units in the Spawning Pool might work. Having actual things moving around between buildings, just by distracting players and giving away building locations, would noticeably affect gameplay.

    Sorrry my key Bored is Messing up sometimes and I get pissed my baby bro Keeps on hitting it with his hand and I couldn't even Type last Time >.> and yes my finger has gotten used to the SHIFT so Thats a bad habit and I can't turn off Caps lock >.>

    Oh Cool but my point in this Topic is that It would be so coool if they added it and I want them too :)

    Oh yea did I already Give you 25 minerals? Cas I can't pm Its says I exceeded the limit 10 each hour so I couldn't reply.

    i think...that as long as it doesnt affect the gameplay, it should be fine

    i wanna see zerg buildings pumping blood and moving a lot more than starcraft 1

    not bad, not bad. Good job, just want to make sure they dont affect gameplay much. Mayb when u build something u see the civilians run over to the building and then dissapear or something>? still cool idea.

    I like the idea of interesting anmations like it would be cool to see the nexus actually take minerals and gas into itself instead of it just dissapearing but animations should net be something you can interact with
