Hi everyone, after a lot of googling and reading articles, I'm running out of options here...

Anyways, my problems started after I bought my new graphic card.
Before I was running the game with ATI Radeon HD 3870, on medium settings and everything was pretty much fine.
Now I bought a new card ATI Radeon HD 5750, and I'm lagging even on lowest settings possible.

    This is my spec:
    Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz
    ATI Radeon HD 5700 1Gb DDR5
    Gigabyte motherboard P35-DS3P
    4Gb RAM

I have attached my DxDiag aswell.

I would be really grateful if someone could help me find a solution to this problem...

Well, first off read my guide on installing AMD drivers properly. When swaping between ATI cards, you must uninstall the drivers, and then reinstall them upon the new cards installation (you can just uninstall and reinstall now that the new card is in).

You also need the following drivers:
Realtek Audio drivers, current are generic.

Intel Chipset Drivers. Current appear to be generic.

Intel Rapid Storage Drivers (Raid/ACPI/SATA hard drive drivers), current is generic.

After all that has been done and tried, if you still have issues, we'll go from there.
