I found this new gameplay video of D3 trought sclegacy.com: http://www.wegame.com/watch/Diablo_3_Gameplay_6_29_08/ Its the same "map" as the one shown on blizzard.com and its the WD thats doing the job.
Those aren't new videos, those are ability demos that came along with the cinematic and gameplay trailers on the Blizzard D3 webpage, these are just in a different order. http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/characters/witchdoctor.xml an A for effort though
LOL. Are you surprised?! Diablo focuses on bigger, fewer units, and crazy special effects, it's only natural that it has better graphics.
Ummm... Just a quick word of warning, I wouldn't go around asking for thanks and reputation. It kinda retracts from the value of the find, and makes you look pretty pretentious. Personally, I'd be more inclined to thank you if you didn't ask for it.
i know. still im just saying the truth. anyway i think diablo 3 is capable of having 200 or more zombies at a time on screen fighting.
Not really. Not only will there never be two hundred plus zombies on the screen all fighting at once, but Diablo3 isn't even comparable. It will never get to the same scale as StarCraft2, numbers-wise.
That isn't his first time and by the looks of it everyone else agrees with you Zeratul, the question isn't if the engine will be capable of displaying loads of units, because the answer is obviously yes. But one of the aims of a game is to be able to produce consistent FPS in all situations. To do that, the game has to have automatic, dynamic detail reduction built in, and considering the engine of D3, which aims at few characters on screen, the details would have to be reduced drastically, which would be displeasing for the eye. This is especially true for Blizzard games, which aim to run on a wide range of systems.
Its just because I havent seen anyone using the "Thanks", and it should eally be used when you see a usefull post, and Ive seen a lot. Its jsut like people have completly forgotten it, its not because I wanted "thanks" (perhaps it sounded so, but it was not what I wanted). Ohhh, Im sorry, I havent seen all those on the site..... At least we got them on out site now
People definitely have, and if you've noticed people turning a blind eye, the best way to spread awareness is to thank those posts that you've seen go by unnoticed, not ask for people to thank you or increase your reputation.
I have thanked a lot of psot just for that reason IHG (also to spread the information of the "thanks" and to thank ofc.). I know I wrote it very stupid, but lets just forget it ok?
