Ok I have two questions First is my mouse, I have a wireless usb laser logitech mouse. Just bought it. Works fine, except when in game it gets stuck and jumps and glitches. I tried putting all graphics on low and selecting lower mouse lag. My computer runs the game fine and when I use my laptop pad instead of mouse, there is no problems. Any help would be great. Also, does anyone know how to start a new account and ditch your current account/character name? thanks
Number 1: Get a new mouse Number 2: Contact Blizz. Chances are you can't change it. That's why my name is amberlamps.
Read my FAQ on the disappearing mouse issue. If that does not solve your problem, post a full dxdiag dump here and we'll get to work. As for the character name... just make a new character while logged in . Pretty sure you will loose all of your achievements and game progress, but that's what happens. No need to change your battle.net email unless you have a real reason too.
