I just purchased a digital copy of starcraft 2 through my battle.net account and for some reason i cant find my cd key anywhere. I was planning on using my buddy's dvd copy to install the game (to save 10 hours of downloading) and then use my cd key when prompted for it, now....only if i could find it.... if anyone could shed some light on my situation it would be much appreciated.
You don't need the key. Install the game from the DVD then when it loads it asks you to log into battle.net. Your key is associated with your bnet account.
Plus, you would need a DL DVD (duel layer) to copy the install disc. Better off just borrowing the disc.
