Need help with avatar

But its too big, and I have no editing software. So is anyone kind to do that for me? And it need to get fixed to 80 times 80, because else I cant upload it (I tried).

PS: Is it enought just to fix the height times lenght?

K it's done

Had to cut the color indices majorly to fit it in the TINY space allocation so it lost some quality

If you want better quality I can up the color depth and remove some frames. Tell me if you want me to do that.

(I personally think something slower would be less distracting)

 

I like the first, but its way too fast, so if you could make it slower, it would be really really great. ANd you are right, the original is also too fast, so a bit slower would be greatly aprisiated.
