I am currently playing through the campaign on hard and switching between the challanges. I can beat 2 norm comps and hard with no prob. I am good in the begining of the game and at the end but i cant seem to keep up with my units and buildings in the middle and i am usualy siting on a 1000+ min and about 500+ gas with some starter units. im bo is 8/9 pylon then about 2/3 more probs gateway assimalator then about 4/5 more probs and then Z's cyb core, when done sent's ans stalk's i get 2 probes for each miin and 3 per gas exspand about when i should but im kinda slow after that. im not sure about the micro/macro thing but i use my hot keys for units and building and u mostly build with the keyboard.
Hey, welcome to the forums First issue I see, the optimal amount is 3 probes per mineral patch and 3 per gas, so your income could use a bust. Also, never stop pumping probes, and when you expand, you transfer some to the new base. Also, try to have an strategy for every game. A simple, one sentence strategy like: I will open with zealots from a 2-gate build, and then transition to colossi. This is simple, and will help you throughout the game. Also, dont play against AI if you want to get better at strategies and stuff, since that play is really different from 1v1s versus other people. I hope this helps!
