My Mothership design.

It's just the mothership from fan kit + some PS things, say what U think about it :

The Mothership itself is interesting (i havnt made up my mind on it) but the backroud hurts my eyes.

 

I was been trying to do smth like a star way on the background, thats why it is so bright

 

nice work :good: though i agree with kerwyn that the background is a bit too colorful

well, if the BG is too bright, my work sux, cause at mothership i has only cuted the bg, some lights and pulled it in the MY bg, ;p

 

don't give up, try modifying it a bit :good:

 

Yes I agree with everyone here and I think you did a really good job! but it really does hurt my eyes. Keep up the hard work man and you will do really well or magnificantly or good or even better!!!!

whoa thats some bright colors, almost had a seizure looking at the first 2 but 3rd one is pretty cool

 

Try making background a little less bright.

 

AH! MY EYES!! I like the colors, but the main focus should be the Mothership.

I reckon that you should use some pale blue colors for the background. Similar to the color of the Protoss buildings and units when they are being Warped In.

 

a not so bright background would help a lot.i can't really see it because of the flashy backgrounds.make it darker,and it will be really good.

I agree, that background is entirely to bright. I need shades. I see what you did, and good effort, but it seriousley needs a new BG.

 

It shouldn't have a dark background because it's not like the Mothership is a Dark Templar unit or anything, and a sort of darkness wouldn't suit the normal 'High' Protoss units. It needs a softer color, something paler or lighter.
