This is a long shot, but if anyone happens to have a/several perminately muted, or any other type of limited starcraft 2 account that is not used, it would be a thousand awesomes if i could have one. I have been watching vids on this game for about a week now and was interested enough to find a single player version of the first game (starcraft), which scratched my itch, but will only suffice for so long. PM or email me if you just so happen to be the coolest super nice person on earth. thanks for reading. ps. if i had the money i would buy it
How old are you? If you're young, save up money every week from your allowance. I doubt anyone is going to give you a copy out of no where, esp since the game is rather new. TIP: We have "Request guest pass" thread. I think you have a better chance of obtaining a free guest pass than a free copy. http://www.starcraft2forum.org/forums/showthread.php?t=19068 Don't ask me for one, I'm all out.
Why not get a guest key (request thread is here.). If you purchases StarCraft and BroodWar already, why not play the hell out of those online while you save up money for StarCraft 2? You can't just give away a StarCraft 2 game account. The account is attached to a universal battle.net account, in which other stuff like peoples World of Warcraft is attached. edit: *guess I wasn't the only one who thought the same thing.*
thankyou for replies. i am aware that they are tied to a bnet account, i just figured if they were voided and they were to get a new cd key that would then tie it to a seperate bnet acc. Also thanks for directing me to a request page for guest pass, i shall go there now I won't close this thread incase of a miracle
I don't think that is exactly true. Granted, my WoW account has been inactive for nearly a year now, but I know my battle net and WoW log ins were different and the decision to "register" WoW under your battle net account was optional and not required to play WoW. Doesn't change the overall point here, just nitpicking.
You have to merge wow accounts nowadays. I gave it a shot for a few months the past semester. Was pretty cool but 13E/month, it's too much and kinda feels like it forces you to play or you money's wasted >.<
My WoW account has been expired since around 2007 (only came back for a month, played for 2 months in 2005). Game is too much of a grind, and people don't want to party with you if you don't like to play 8 hours a day.
It's an awsome game, but to enjoy it you need friends and breaks. After taking time off and playing again I enjoyed the game a lot more than when constantly playing, and well, playing alone sucks. If you wanna play alone there are better games out there, but with rl mates it's a blast to play
My problem with WoW is, I didn't want to play alone, I wanted to party, but because I didn't get on an hour earlier with my friends, they'd level ahead of me, then they wouldn't want to part threw the same stretch of missions. I would get an experience penalty for partying with them so there was no point in partying with them. Only had fun playing three MMO's: Mabinogi, City of Heroes, and Ragnarok Online (when it was new, before chronic botting).
