In the Latest Q&A it states.
"If you have nine Larva's, you need to hit 'z' nine times to morph all of them to Zerglings"

As in you cannot select multiple lava and turn them all in to one unit anymore. this is something important to zerg as it now slows a zerg players ability to quickly build units.

in mufti player some clusters will have lava in the 50s, we dont want to have to press like mouse 50 times to mass a unit!!!!

I think a really good Idea that could be applied to all races is the ability to full the build cues with one unit or to turn all lava in to one unit.
BLIZZARD please consider the right button to full the cue or for zerg to morph all to one unit

what do other zerg players think

Although that would be nice, maybe it would reduce macro too much? Maybe instead of making it easier for the Zerg, they should make macro harder for the Protoss and the Terran?

I'm with you on that, at the least i would want to be able to morph the 3 larvae at one hatchery at a time, clicking z for every larvae sounds very tedious.

EDIT: How about a ctrl+z or shift+z type thing that morphs all larvae and fills the queue for protoss and terran buildings?

bah! humbug!.... that is just going to annoy the sh-hit out of me later on when I have a sudden "I want an army of like 82 zerglings" fetish.

i think the "shift" button will work out. Good idea overmind, just leave this command to the zerg. i think terran and protoss are good already when it comes to building units.

That's not a given. The A.I is getting improved. For instance, a comp reacts only to what it scouts, which is not only a huge step forward from SC but also for from WC3. Maybe there will be a split second between every egg a comp morphs.

Player "A" trying to build army. He is Zerg, player "B" is Protoss.

    Ultraling:
Remember to get all 8 Hatcheries. AND like the 50 Mutant Larva.

    Ultralisks First!
    Select Hatcheries, press "S".
    Press "U" 12 times

    Next: ZERGLINGS!
    Press "Z" 6 times.
Select Mutant Larva, press "Z" 50 times.

Result: 12 Ultralisks, 112 Zerglings, 500 APM, and instant Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Player "A" screams in pain, -500 APM, goes into ball position while shaking his hand. Player "B" rapes Player "A" with Colossi and Zealots and HT. Without control, Player "A" is screwed.

Player "A" GGs. OWNED! GG NO RE!
Player "A" goes into a slump, along with the other Zerg players.

The Zerg are never heard from again. Former players not yet experienced the mass pressing switches to Terran or Protoss. Blizzard loses 10000000 sales of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty and StarCraft II's other expansions are permanently delayed. Blizzard becomes bankrupt and Karune is fired! StarLeague is forever gone, along with the 100000's of Korean players' as well. South Korea becomes a desolate wasteland due to the massive loss of life from the StarCraft players' suicides.

    LOL!

    JK!

EDIT 1: I support the "Shift" or "Ctrl" keys!!!

    Not really, but sure.

SOUTH Korea - StarCraft - Special Force - WarCraft III - World of WarCraft - MapleStory - Counter-Strike = Wasteland.

    Still not really.

    lol
    i guess your right though.
but really, i don't think a zerg player is going to mass lots and lots of ground units, i'd go with air but yeah, HTs do rape lings.
i like the idea that south korea becomes a wasteland :D
but when i play with the zerg, all i do i ctrl + click on larva and make a crapload of stuff.
    oh well.
    poor South Korea.

avendragon that "instant carpel tunnel syndrome" part made me lol hard as well as worry about the fate of my own hand.

-sigh- I hope blizzard fixes this because i make a SH%T LOAD of 'lings later on in the game.

It's not that hard, you just push a button. Morphing lings might take a little longer than in sc, but now moving lings... Do you know how much time having all lings in 1 or 2 control groups (thanks to MBS) will save you when you move around, attack etc? More than enough to morph those lings.

    Yeah!

    UGH!
I hated 200 control Zerg armies. I usually get owned, just because they attack IN A STREAM!

YAY! I have enough control groups now!

yeah seriously, i COLPLETLE support he Ctrl key, other wise no one wound play zerg anymore
because of how long it takes to moph. only a few would play zerg that master it. and i like the zerg
as it looks right now. at least let us select as many as we want (or can) and morph like a quater
every time you hit Z or the units keys twice or somthing. that would speed things up alittle.

That sounds annoying having to click each one. The Zerg are supposed to be a swarm type of army. Being able to quickly replace your army is the Zerg's specialty.

The only one who gets it. MBS and finally being able to select more then twelve units saves you plenty of time. And swarming works a lot better in Starcraft 2 anyway. -better movement patterns of units, way smoother-

I don't think we have to worry, they'll let you shift click or something to make them all at once.

    yea

i guess they'll do something like they did in SC1 and when u double click a unit it selects the max of that unti in the area.
with true that could save u alot of time but if all of your bases are separated you would need to set them on the # keys.
