Im missing one mission but i did ever one that come up... So has anyone had the same thing? Or do you think there is a secret one? YEah can some one help me? =D
Could someone please explain what the point of the bonus achievements for each mission are for? They add to your achievement score, but that doesn't really do anything as far as gameplay goes (money, bonus research points, etc.) could someone please help me understand this? Thanks
Achievements are just for fun and showing off to friends. Yes there is a secret mission OR IS THERE!?
Yes there is a secret mission, "Piercing the Veil". My friend says that to get it, you must complete the "Media Blitz" mission, and during that mission, explore the bottom right corner of the map and destroy the science facility there (which will then say "Secret found!")
So what if you did this AFTER you beat the rest of the campaign? I can't get back to the ship to access this "bonus mission" that I've unlocked. Seems pretty goddamn retarded that I'd have to do the campaign all over again because I missed some "bonus mission". Also, I want to get back to the ship so I can get to the armory and get all the upgrades there instead of all the mercs. Do I have to restart the campaign all over again? Cause that'd be ****ing stupid.
You will have to redo the entire campaign again up to that point to get the mission if you already started Char/beat the game. It's really worth it though as the mission has a weapons system that's unlike any other mission as well as being able to hack enemy weapon defense systems to use against them. The last bit can get your heart racing since you're trying to escape to the exit. I had to do a new campaign to get to it, and the map was well worth the effort. IMO, one of the best missions in the game.
If this is about a "Secret Found!", then does the Tauren Marine on Zero Hour do anything? Which, by the way, is hilariously awesome.
Tauren Marine on zero hour? well, I made it through the dig, have not tried another mission since. I am trying to get the achievement for a 1v2 insane....tried the island mission...no luck....got raped by a zerg comp.
