I have beta currently and everything is on Ultra BUT the video card RAM option, its on high or medium I think. the 4670 isn't an upgrade to the GTS250. you need to look at the 4870 or 5770 or higher, or nvidia GTX 260/280 to have better graphics. the RAM should be fine.
everything is on Ultra but the Vram part... Link me a good card that would be compatible? I'm not too good with this stuff
