It kind of scares me how it says "Couldn't open registry key for deletion" <--What does that mean? Do they want to delete my cd key?
It means they want to delete something from your registry key, which is an extremely important file for your operating system. Note that installing and updating programs deletes stuff from the registry key all the time, as does it add to it. So basically, it couldn't access your registry key for some reason or another. You might have installed some new sort of virus protection that limits access to the registry key.
You may just have a corrupt registry key. Happened to me once. Finding out which one is corrupt is a *****. Try uninstall/reinstall, and then manually download the patch and give it a shot. Usually works like a charm for me.
The keys I used came with the game so =]. It doesn't matter Starcraft works haha. If it works its good enough for me. Thanks everyone.
