Omg I worked so hard on it and it still looks so......... Rustic

Photoshop's awesome tho.. I wish I knew how to use it properly

There're max dimensions for it. Also, I like the rustic appearance. Wouldn't work as well if it was all crisp and clean.

Well yeah, I gave it that shade on top of the artwork for it to look cooler..

Making interesting posts look like to be harder.

 

Is that Malcolm and a dead hydra? Anyway I think it'd look sweet with a bit more contrast and a uniform border.

 

Yeah, the border's off because it's been cropped. When he resizes it tomorrow it'll be more uniform and we'll actually be able to see everything.

 

If you have the sig displayed you can see that he only has borders on the sides, which is fine, but I'm not happy with the differing colours.

 

Oh right, I see what you're saying. Was confused at first and thought you meant like the sides of a square, but I get what you're saying now.

I don't see a problem with the colours. As he said, it's rustic. I reckon it suits.

 

i think the dragon thing and the human have to have a uniform colour theme, at the moment it seems like the dragon is rustic while the human clothes indicate wealth,

It is if you know how to use photoshop i guess

 

So long as you learn to make multiple copies of every layer, and to divide your artwork up in to MANY layers, Photoshop is not too difficult.

As for your resizing problem, did you just resize it vertically, or did you turn on the proportionate x-y option, then resize it?

 

yeah, it's automatic on photoshop...

 

Oh, well I use Paint.NET, which doesn't decide it wants to control your creative flow by automating things. Instead, it allows you to modify things the way you want. Their slogan should be Paint.NET - You do what you want!

Also, Firebats are A+, especially when impaling Hydra heads. Curious, is there a way to stretch out a Signature in width, not length?
