For no specific reason... has anybody here ever played Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Simdom, and/or its expansion, Majesty: The Northern Expansion?
Yes. I loved it. The fact that you don't have direct control, or even unquestioned allegiance, and have to fight for influence with other rulers was fun. I also liked the music, it had great music (quick trivia: the game's composer also composed the music for the show Invader Zim.) I say this all in the past tense because I don't have the game anymore, it was stolen with quite a lot of my other games a long, long time ago. I've never played the expansion.
