Low Money vs @FASTEST!

Just curious to just how much of the clan is low or fastest since it seems to be shrouded in darkness.

Me personally dont understand Fastest! playing styles apeal.. always liked low money better since more stragety is involved.

All money players are considered noobs, no matter how good you are at fastest, you're still a noob in everyone else's eyes, so you guys should start playing low-money.

Fastest isn't what I find as fun. Low money is better, because you have to plan everything. With fastest, you can build everything at anytime. There is no stragey to the game if there is too much money.

That is a common misconception with low money gamers. Fastest does include alot of strategy. Compared to low money of course, you get to build everything which is why its even harder, cuase people can build anything anytime in bulk which makes it hard. There are some very good strategies to play fastest, and it does require alot of skill. However, compared to Non-Money, Fastest contains10x the amounts of hackers than Non-Money gamers. Everyone can learn Fastest, compared to Non Money, but to master a fastest map requires skill and build orders, just like non-money maps.

 

How does it take skill in build orders? If you can make what you want whenever, and you don't have to plan it out. Thats not build orders, thats spamming buildings. It doesn't take skill, it just takes enough building to spam the counter for whatever is attacking you, as it comes at you.

 

Thats true, but same applies with Non-Money, if you know what they are building you counter it, pretty obvious.

Build orders are important for fastest cuase if you build wrong in the first 2-3 mins, you can lose the game. If you played Competitive fastest, you would know it takes skill to win, not just build in mass.

 

To have the buildings to make the counters of the units attacking you, you have to expand to have the reasources. You have to scout, unlike money, where when they attack you, you just make the counter.

Why not just make every building at the start? So you aren't screwed by the wrong BO?

 

Casue not everyone does the same thing. Just like in Non-Money, people do scout, they do expo. Real skilled players will expo to another part so that they can build more massed buildings. It is a bit narrowed in fastest compared to Non-Money, but fastest games do take skill to play.
