I figured it'd be nice to introduce myself before I reach 1000 posts ;D so here we go. Hi, I’m David, aged 19 and I live in the capital city of Hungary. I’m a first year student at a university studying English and American culture, history, politics and most importantly, language. I’m hoping to become either an interpreter or a graphics designer. Interpreter for the simple reason that I like the English language and can speak and pronounce it quite well, graphics designer for my passion for image editing. About my forum behaviour, I tend to read more and post less. However, I’ve had some good discussions here and I’m not afraid to support my ideas if language barriers allow me to. I like to enter competitions (especially graphics related ones) for the fun and the prize of course but most importantly, for the challenge. My Starcraft career can be summed up easily: I played it occasionally a few years ago but only on a beginner level. But I found my discs recently and I plan to get into playing again and possibly to improve a little. I’m actually afraid of SC2 because my current system won’t be able to run it properly and I don’t like to spend money on my PC so I’m in a bit of a quandary ;D Oh and this is me BTW, just so you know who you’re up against ;D
LOL that's not the kitchen, it's the living room. Plus it's not mine ;D I was at a friends's house for poker night
If it involves only everyday words/expressions then it's not difficult but if I had to speak about say politics or religion or other topics that require a specific vocab then I'd be in trouble. Had I stayed in England when I lived there for a year, I wouldn't have such difficulties :
Kuvasz, I had ex-clasmate very looking like you xD He was always pigging in his nose... BTW, is true that hungarian eat everything witch red chilli?
Welcome abroad! i beat LT We all hate LT! huzzah! as in him before us saying 'welcome abroad' And wow you are drinking beer....you alcoholic >P
Does it really look like a kitchen to you? ;D he doesn't keep the dishes in those cabinets... but I don't know what's inside them. But to answer your question, his name is Daniel ;D Zeppelin, I think you mean red paprika powder which is not exactly chilli. It is very common, yes, but so are other spices. ps now cooking is another topic I wouldn't be able to talk about without difficulties...
Those looked like pantries to me. I am not a kitchen expert. Mine is shy of 2 meters (6 feet) wide and only 3 long (9ft) Worst layout for anyone who like to use the stove (me)
