it's Monday.. where's the announcement?

I've been eagerly anticipating Blizzard's news. Now, i was expecting something spectacular, I thought it would be one of those mid night announcements but as i''ve seen, this is not the case. Please don't tell me that the new information regarding the Tech Tree and various 'new' screenshots is 'The Announcement' that Blizzard went to the trouble of signing NDAs for. Can anyone please clarify on when the announcement is?: Is it in Korean time or what? If so, at what time are they going to announce it at?

 

Might be the no lan thing.

 

Probably later when the americans are ready nova. there is some good coverage from many sites though, but you are right - that cant be the announcement.

They probally signed NDA's so news from the event didn't leak out in dribs and drabs (and the LAN thing) and negative opinions could be talked out of in interviews or by them simply playing more. However some sites have said they havn't revealed "everything" which was told to them. The only new info regarding beta is that they have the build down but they still need to complete the server infastructure

Let me explain this slowly, no one promised a Massive Announcement.

All that was said is Blizzard gave a NDA to the fansites, so they couldnt say anything untill next week. Asside from the thread at this site, I did not see the words - massive announcement. Now why this is so I dont know. But if any of you were hoping for the beta, forget it.

Now if you do want to know what happened on Monday, go to Sclegacy or some other fansite and check their coverage, but all youll get is news on the latest build, nothing more.
