Atari Europe is no more. Namco Bandai is taking over the legendary developer. Once it had its own console, and it helped getting gaming accepted. However, the glory of Pac-Man is long gone, and the company was dying. A subsection of Namco Bandai, Distribution Products, is taking over. The name will of course change with it. However, the American counterpart continues to exist. For now. It has been suggested that the company will only concentrate on online content from now on.
