Invasion of Earth!!

what if earth was invaded in the campaign? ;D

PROTOSS;
collosi stride among the buildings sweeping fleeing civilians with their thermal lances
a collosus is taken out by a turret and collapses on some buildings.
collosus climbs up the side of a building and ambushes marines
soul hunters have a feild day on unarmed victims
tempest's unleash thousands of buzzers into the fleeing masses
probes quickly construct pylons and warpgates unleashing the full force of the toss

ZERG;
hundreds of fleeing civilians are rushed by lings
empty vultures line the streets
Ultras smash through buildings leveling anytrhing in their way
Hydras slowly prowl in to buildings ready to impale any resistance
infested buildings are everywhere
Overminds cloud the skies
the majority of people left are now infested
a heavy choice is taken...as people are forced into a infestation center further augmenting the invading forces a nuke soars through the air killing hundreds -infested or not


what do you think? this would kick @ss aye?

Agreed! However I do not see the need for them to invade Earth as all of its resources have been sucked dry by the time they come. Although this would be a really neat defensive campaign by the UED (Also... GOOO HALO 3)

i have never seen that martian one through

the zerg don't only need resources imagine the masssive boost in their forces they would get if they could infest earth
the toss could do it as a pre-imptive defensive assualt

against who? the protoss are far more concerned with the zerg. so many people seem to just dismiss the fact that the protoss, UED, and dominion joined forces to fight the zerg at the end of brood wars. granted none of those UED people survived, I doubt the ones on Earth are that much in the dark.

LOL SOUTH KOREANS WOULD MICRO US TO DEATH? Don't forget macro us to death too. In that case, all the south koreans will win against protoss and zerg, unless the protoss and koreans have a supermind to micro and macro everything all at once.

Ahem. Read the thread. People were talking about how infesting everyone on Earth as shock troops would prove to create a rather potent army. That's why they sterilized planets.

I think the enigmatic hybrids will invade and destroy earth after they awaken. Duran probably seeded some on earth, and its sister planets. Soon, the entire sector is obliterated by the unstoppable protoss/zerg hybrids. Survivors flee to the only other place they know where humans exist, the korpulu sector (or however it's spelled), and when they arrive they send warning to the coming of the hybrids to their human brethren.
