Installing digital dl via retail key?

Hi,

I've pre-purchased a german copy of SC2 - Wings of Liberty, but want to play the english version. I've heard one may download any client after activating the game (or however). So, I've downloaded an enEU digital copy of the game, will I be able to activate it with my german key? Answers very much appreciated, want to play that game right after release

Can you download it before release and use the key for the game from the retail version? Hmmmm.

 

If you already have a hardcopy (thanks, amazon), than do the following:

Go to you battle.net account and add SC2 - WoL to your account (game-key right under the DVD). After that, you can download the clients for that game. Standart would be german if your battle.net account is set to german, too. You can change it when you go to client-downloads. There, it says "Europa / Deutsch" (Europe - German for all the non germans here). Click on "Ändern" ("Change"), choose Europa / English(EU) and click on "speichern" ("save") in the top right. Then simply download, wait, wait for the 27th, install, enjoy!

Downloading Digital Copy, using hard copy code?

Does anyone know if you can use the hard copy code, for the digital installation found on blizzard website?

I already pre-order my copy at gamestop and i rather have a hardcopy but i have a Antec 902. I don't have any dvd drives installed nor do i have any.
any help will be appreciated

hm.. well this is a EU version, so you can.. just install EN client
