Installed but wont patch - Error - 'There were multiple problems saving data'

Die hard PC gamer I may be but this game beats all the hassles i have ever had!
I have this issue…the patch stops at 16% and exactly 30.4MB to go.

I get this message in the bottom progress bar.........


I have a PC with Windows 7, relatively new hardware, tried it on several different hard drives….LAN connection is unchecked etc. Nothing has ever had issues before.

Would the fact that my torrents have been configured to automatically open in Limewire be anything to do with this? I know the game uses torrents to patch.

The fact that I start but always fail at 16% through the patch is wierd…..it’s the same same spot every time after four goes at installing.

Or is it that I bought the GB game online but live in NZ (says european Servers only on the box).

ALL I WANT is some help to play this freaking game on my PC!

Googling this there are a shed load of users out there having this problem RIGHT NOW but no answer is coming forth as yet.

Someone out here MUST be able to help me….

 

It's a widespread problem. I've yet to find a solution.

 

Take a look at my new FAQ where I address this issue. If you've got the UK version unfortunately, that fix doesn't work yet, but you try all the port forwading information, etc out.

Going to download usGB client today if I have time...

Also, if you are downloading the patch and it freezes, you can try deleting your updates folder and starting over again (if getting the manual patch is out of the question).

I am dead stuck on the "multiple problems saving the files" problem on this one....

unfortionatly, I control those media fire folders.. I have had no luck getting a hold of that patch yet.

Try deleting your updates folder inside of StarCraft II installation location, and restarting the patch process.
