Hi, Well my problem is i downloaded the digital copy and it installed correctly and im living in poland at the moment so it was very expensive to buy. So i bought the hard copy version and uninstalled the digital, but of course the game installed and everything is in polish, so i uninstalled that and tried to install the english digital again but 4% in i had cancelled it by mistake... but now everythime i try to install it doesnt move from 1% but music and speech is still going and when i cancel it doesnt close i have to do it through task manager. I have deleted all tmp files and files with blizzard etc . Can anyone help please Sorry for the rambling
Hi eddievader! Happens exactly the same to me! :'( I have the german version, I downloaded the english installer, and cancelled by mistake. So now it gets stuck at 1% and when I try to cancel it it won't close and have to use the task manager. Could you tell me how did you solve this? German installer from DVD works just fine, but I don't know any german... Thanks in advance!!
I had the exact same problem. The solution is quite simple: It seems that the installation program first checks your optical drive for installation files. Because i left the installation dvd with my native language in the drive, the installer couldn't find the english language files and does not print an error message on your screen. -> Just take the installation dvd out of your optical drive and you should be fine.
