Installation problem

  1. Hello forums!

Whilst attempting to install Starcraft 2, I get to about 20 percent installed and get an error come up saying:

    'Couldn't Decompress Ogg Data'

I am the Admin for the computer and have tried the following with no luck:
-Tried installing on both of my Harddrives
    -Installing in selected startup
-Copying contents of dvd to harddrive and installing from there
    -Installing with a different disc
-Deleting all contents of temp folder
    -Installing in safe mode

I know its not a problem with the disc as all the files copied fine to my harddrive and also tried using a different copy of Scarcraft
Have also emailed tech support but that was about 20 hours ago and still no reply :(

Im at a loss at how to solve this, I just want to play Starcraft lol

Anybody have any ideas or seen this before/had the same problem?

It actually seems to be a corrupt file, but I can hardly imagine that this happens with two different DVDs...
You could however try to use the download client.
