I'm entering the Space Junk comic competition, but whenever I upload my image from paint, it gets resized by photobucket to a 90*160 image, which is way too small. Even when I resized it by 200% in paint, photobucket resized it back down to 90*160 again. Paint is the only option I have, so using other programs isn't an option for me.

Is there a way I can resize it withough having to use the terrible resizing dimensions of photobucket which would distort everything?

If you have any ideas, please respond, Thx.

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but use a different site, like imageshack. Sure it sometimes erases some of your images but other than that it's reliable and it supports fairly large dimensions (~1024x1024)

Alternatively, you could send your image to me and I could resize/host it for you.

Isn't there an option on photobucket not to resize image? I don't use it, but imageshack has a checkbox asking if you want to resize image and several resolutions to choose from

I think imageshack is down right now, I keep getting "Error: Service is Unavailable." I'll try again later, and if it still doen't work, I'll send it to kuvasz to hep me out.

@ Meee, where's the option to not resize, I don't see any opton for that, it just resizes them automatically?

It was the correct site, but when I said to host the image, it would give me an error message.

Right above the browse button there will be a link to the options menu. Make sure it isn't set to a low filesize there

    BUMP

Is there anyone I can send the image to so they can try to resize it for me? Imageshack is refusing to load it, and photoshop refuses to resize it, I have no idea what is going on, could it be because it is a microsoft paint picture?

If you could resize it for me, plz send me a PM and I will give you the picture's URL. Thx.

Inside sin helped me out. I never realized that there was a difference in size depending on where or not you are looking at your photobucket profile, or just the individual image. The image in your profile always has a 160*90 size, but if you click to open it's link, the image has a different, larger size.

Thank you all for offering to help, may you all be successful with future images and contests. :good:
