Identifier On My Account? Just Appeared?

I tried logging on today, well once I entered my e-mail, not only did it ask for my password, but an identifier key. I don't know why it's there, but I really would like to play SC2 tonight, or tomorrow night. I have emailed Blizzard, i'm hoping they will help me. Although I would appreciate if anyone else could give any tips, or if other people have this problem, please post.

 

Identifier, not authenticator?

If you have a wow account it is not unheard of for hackers to put their own authenticator on your account.

It'd probably be faster for you to call them than email. I'm sure you're capable of finding that info on their site yourself.

Yes, try calling Blizzard Billing and Account Services, its much faster than e-mail as they will give you your account back over the phone as soon as they confirm your identity.
