Why when I test the map does the computer never attack? They only create harvesters and harvest... never combat units. How to fix it?

    Thank you.

I am going to assume this is a starcraft 2 map and not a starcraft or starcraft: brood war issue. I emphasize this because this is a common issue in map creation for sc and sc:bw, however I have not heard of it for sc2.

Did you ever change the default melee triggers when the map was created?

No, leaving the triggers default should work fine. When you say "test," do you mean you use the editor's "Test Document" function or do you create a game using the map through the actual starcraft 2 program?

Try going to the Map dropdown menu at the top of your editor, and opening Map Status. Does it say that your map is qualified as a melee map?

Also, try going to the same Map dropdown menu and opening Game Variants. Click the Generate Defaults button. There is a chance that nothing happens. If nothing happens, close the editor completely, re-open your map, and immediately navigate to this window again. Click Generate Defaults. If still nothing seems to happen, then the defaults are probably already set up.
