Sorry to have to tell you, but you won't be able to play StarCraft 2 at all on that Laptop. Not even on the lowest settings.
earlier i checked with an online checker to see if i could, according to that the only thing letting me down is the graphics card :S but it gave it the same rating for world of warcraft but i can run that :S
WoW is WAY lighter than SC II. I could run WoW on my netbook at med settings, SC II wouldn't even launch.
The graphics card will be able to run sc2 at lowest settings. barely. and i mean BARELY. like holy crap barely lol. well like ~15 fps max. u shud be able to do league alright. even 4v4 is somewhat okay. now.
