I dont get the zerutal missions please explain

id ont get it its weird like the overminds bad and then zerutal says that the over mind is good i get tthe queen of the blades part but who is the dark voice who are the xel naga in other words zerutals weird

 

the overmind is first thought to be bad but then its tassadar who reveals that it is a good creature that was forced to destroy the protoss. the queen of blades was created to stop the xel naga who were the ones that originally created the zerg and the protoss. the xel naga are creating a zerg/protos hybrid to control the swarm to basicly destroy all zerg and protos. the dark voice i think is one of the xel naga, or probably duran

Zeratul's missions are based on his travels in search for Xel'Naga artifacts and more information about the Hybrids he encountered on the Dark Moon at the end of the Brood War. The Xel'Naga did not create the Protoss and Zerg, they helped them evolve, and had planned for them to naturally merge together as a new host/generation of Xel"Naga. (since they themselves can't sustain their form indefinitely, although they still last extremely long)

The Dark Voice and his two known servants (Duran and Maar) are trying to speed up the merging of the two races in an unnatural way. They're doing this by the use of bio-engineering their own Hybrids. Further, the Dark Voice is said to have forced the behavior of all Zerg wanting to absorb and kill all Protoss upon the Overmind. He isn't doing all of this out of free will, but because he has been genetically altered to do so by the Dark Voice. (without the knowledge of any Xel'Naga, we can assume this because they'd have fixed it otherwise)

Kerrigan is the result of the Overmind trying to create a new leader for the Zerg, without the all overriding directive of killing all Protoss in it.

Aurora I don't really think so, but I'll get back to you once I redo the campaign (i restarted on Brutal b4 this post) but it's gonna take a while since I'm addicted to Sotis and haz w0rk to do.

 

Played Sotis but didn't find it to be balanced (could just be first impressions and my general lack of experience though), is it balanced?

 

Rave, after playing every hero and the game itself over 9000 times, no. Vespus seems to beOP, rancor is freakin OP early on (and thus gets a head start), need to fix boros omnismash (it becomes the "i win" button), pulse hammer (higher cooldown plz), reaper is screwed if enemy uses scanners (its so fun when they don't).

It was a hybrid. Not like he was "special", just a hybrid that Duran created.
