I can't deal anymore, WTF is xFire?

    What is it...and what are the 'styles'
    Default, Combat...etc what does it all mean??

    In short, it logs your playing activity. As for the styles, I think it determines how it displays the data in the dynamically generated image file. This image can then be used as your signature to let everyone know what you play and stuff like that.

    Its like what kuvasz said. sort of like MSN for gamers. It also allows you to launch some games without seeing the starting credits (those things that are all like 'blizzard', 'ea games' or 'crytek'). If you ever decide to get it send me a message and i'll add ya.

    It allows you to send messages from a fullscreen game so you don't have to alt tab
    It also tracks stats and takes screenshots and vidoe.

    Its a neat tool for gamers

    Yes, it currenty only for PC and has been out for quite a few years now.

    I've used since well for around 3 or 4 years now, it does come in handy at times.
