I know everything isn't about the graphics card, I'll be buying more RAM soon(trying to get ~4MB) aswell as upgrading to windows 7, but is there anything else I will have to do to run sc2 on ultra? There are a couple of Ultra settings that are processor-dependent - reflections and physics, I think. Not really sure if you can upgrade your CPU without swapping the motherboard. Besides, that HD5570 is somewhat borderline for Ultra.
This game is fairly processor intensive from what I've read on Tom's Hardware. My setup is this: C2D E6750 @ 2.66 - stock clocks since my overclocking experience was not fantastic :[ 4 GB DDR2 @ 800 GTX 460 768 MB @ 850/1900 And I can run the game no problem on ultra at 1920x1200. I'd see if you could pop in a better processor and more ram without having to swap your mobo. For your resolution I'd think your GFX card would be close to good enough, but I could be an idiot. Nice computer name btw
^ what makes it even cooler is that my laptop's name is Zasz But yeah, I figured my processor needs swapping aswell, do you have anyone you reccommend that you know fits my motherboard? also, I think i'll be buying an 1920x1200 or atleast an 1080p one.
