    Please guys help me.

I called Blizzard Tech Support at least 10 times now and the wait is incredible. I am calling from Asia and twice i waited over half an hour and they still won't pick up. I have spent more money calling Tech Support line than 2-3 boxes of Starcraft 2. They don't answer the Tech Support line do they?!??!!?

I can't install past 51% but i don't get any error message. I tried to copy all content of the CD to the PC but it literally takes forever, more than 24 hours to copy, does that sound right?

    Please help!

I am sorry I didn't post this into an existing thread, please pardon me, I really don't know how to do it...i spent some time playing around the website and only figured out how to post new thread.

HELP!!!! I paid US$75 for game and shipping plus US$100 for phone call to wait in the line for tech support but still can't play the game!

    Hi jowa,

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. It sounds like your computer is having alot of trouble reading from the DVD. Can you read other DVDs fine? (DVDs, not CDs). If so, then it may be that your Starcraft 2 disc is scratched or something. Thats fine, just go to http://www.starcraft2.com and download the game client (its like 6 GB) and then you can play.

If you can't play other DVDs then it might be an issue with your PC (google UpperFilter fix) or maybe your CD drive needs replacing. Even so, you can still download the game client from starcraft2.com and play.

EDIT: I just realised that the starcraft 2 disc is a DVD, not a CD

    Good luck :)

Check your computer at least meets the minimum system requirements.

Backup all your important files on DVD/CD.
    Format your computer.
    Install drivers.
    Update drivers.
    Defrag computer.
    Install game.
(If that doesn't work the disk or your hardware might be faulty)

Email Blizzard, tell them how you spent $100 trying to phone their tech support line without even getting through to someone (very unprofessional in my opinion), and you want your $100 compensated.
