    I can't access the page it links to. Other users don't seem to have it but that might be due to it being only visible to the user.

    Can anyon shed some light on this? Or are these mod comments that only they can see? :D

    They are mod comments. I don't think we have ever used them though. Every account that was ported over from the old forums has one though.
