    uh... that's definitely zeratul from the trailer. Sorry!

    that thing on the left is kerrigans leg and foot while the person blocking is zeratul hes in the trailer

    Why is she in heels though? I am sure she wasn't wearing them when she was infested as they would not be on a combat uniform.

    So did she grow them or did she rob shoe store?

    I think that she used her amazing psychic powers to grow them for herself. Clearly she is very fond of high heals and therefore wanted them instead of normal feet. Also she has giant blades sticking out of her back... because she's badass.
