HT can Phase shift any unit? Really?

So I can even phase shift a colossus, a carrier, a Thor, an Ultralisk? Like every unit, ground and air?

Or, like the phoenix ability, it cannot be used on massive and air units?

What does the phase shift do exactly?

 

Think of Banish from WC3, it removes a unit from battle for a limited amount of time, it cant attack or be attacked, and I dont think its able to move either.

 

Works like mothership Vortex, affecting only one unit however.

 

Wait are you talking about the phase prism skill to telleport stuff?

Or is this something new?
