How to watch replays

How do you watch replays?

So I've noticed that day[9] can still watch replays in SC2 offline.
My question is HOW? I've tried most tricks to make it work including the AI1-Launcher. Is there any other way?

 

Easyest way (Day9 did it in one broadcast himself): Simply drag your Replay-File onto your starcraftII.exe -> Game will start showing you the replay..... Now, be happy

 

It does not work for me doing it that way It just shows a black screen with the SC2 cursor.
Any ways to do it that might be a little more advanced, but still useable?

 

Yeah, I thought he said that.. didn't work though.. all I could see was a mouse cursor and a black screen. Sometimes a loading bar with nothing at the end. Thanks anyways, now I know that it SHOULD work.



@Phoenix, I'm guessing you have the allin1?

 

Have you already played SC2 Online? Maybe your firewall pops up with a message you cant see cause SC2 overlaps?

 

I was in the official beta online. Now that it's down I just want a way to watch my replays. Firewall off didn't work..

 

The only type of replays is somehow patch 13/14, so check if it is from these patches.
It works for me now anyway, hope that helps

 

Turns out D9 is using a chinese launcher. Also there is a chinese realm switcher! Well now at least I'll be able to watch all my replays, asuming this chinese download doesn't go any slower (15kb/s)

 

"Update"
The replays you can watch is from 22-5-2010 to 03-06-2010, if you are too lazy to check it out yourself.
The instability there were however, makes replays under 40 kb probably a loss to DC or a rush.

With the chinese launcher you can watch even the OLDEST replays. I have tested it out now and it works just fine!

Which moderater did this? I do guess on Kuvasz.
